Terms and Conditions

REMOTE SERVICES – General Services: Techhoma LLC will provide a technical consultation in an attempt to diagnosis your technology problem, provide an estimate of applicable service fees (plus applicable taxes), and then provide you with a technology solution over the telephone or via the Internet. In certain cases, however, problem diagnosis and support may not be completed because of a problem with your computer or its configuration that is beyond our control.

@SITE SERVICES – Standard service hours are Monday — Friday 6pm. to 11pm., Saturday 10am 5pm.  Additional charges may apply for rapid response or service outside of standard hours.  For on-site services, a person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period services are provided. If no adult is present when the Techhoma LLC agent arrives, services will be denied and a $75.00 cancellation charge will be assessed.

PICK UP AND RETURN SERVICES – Techhoma will pick up your equipment at your location for the agreed upon fee. You will be provided with a receipt which includes the serial number, make model and description of your equipment.  The equipment will be returned with in the agreed upon time frame. You will be contacted prior to ordering any hardware to repair or upgrade your equipment, so you can approve the cost.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY – You understand and agree that prior to contacting or allowing Techhoma LLC to perform diagnostic repair or other services on your computer, it is your responsibility to back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your computer disks and/or drives. You may request back up service from Techhoma LLC for the fee outlined in remote services You acknowledge and agree that Techhoma LLC shall not be responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and/or software.

HARDWARE RETURN POLICY – All hardware must be returned to a supplier within the suppliers hardware return policy period.  This is typically 30 days.  If the return policy is other than 30 days you will be advised.  Any additional charges, such as shipping or re-stocking will be the resposiblity of the customer, only if these charges are the result of the customer’s actions.

REFURBISHED COMPUTER RETURN POLICY – After receiving the item, contact seller within 14 days.   Refund will be given as money back.   Return shipping – buyer pays return shipping.

Return policy details: Item must be in the same condition as when it was shipped. All components must be returned at the same time as the item. Any third party software, additional users, passwords, and printers must be removed before return. Failure to comply will result in a $25 re-stocking fee. Computers are sold as is with no warranty for repairs.

SERVICE LIABILITY
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, you agree that Techhoma LLC’s total liability for damages related to its remote services is limited to the total amount you pay for the remote services, and you release Techhoma LLC from liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. TECHHOMA LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS, ALTERATION, OR CORRUPTION OF ANY DATA OR FOR YOUR INABILITY TO USE YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PRODUCT.

SERVICE WARRANTY
We warrant our services for 30 days following the date the service was received. For repairs necessitated by a virus or spyware, the service warranty is valid only if the anti-virus and anti-spyware protection for your product is installed or updated during the repair or promptly thereafter (i.e., before you connect again to the Internet). If there is a problem with the service provided by Techhoma LLC and if you notify us within the warranty period, we will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no additional cost. If you are not satisfied with services received from tecHHoma LLC, please call 1-973-208-7200 for resolution.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due at the time any services are rendered or parts are delivered.  If payment is not remitted within 30 days, a late fee will be charged of 2.5% or up to the legal limit, whichever is less, of the total bill for each calendar month, after the initial 30 days.

RETURNED CHECKS
Any checks that are returned for stop payment, or insufficient funds, or for any other reason that is not the fault of Techhoma LLC will be immediated forwarded to Check Resultz for collection. If you choose to pay for your purchase by check and your bank returns your check, you are giving this merchant permission, in advance to electronically debit your checking account for the check amount plus a return fee of the maximum amount allowed by this State.
